Buy-back

Patra Jewellery offers a fair buy-back on gold and jewellery purchased from us. The value is assessed transparently, based on prevailing rates and the purity documented at the time of your purchase. Please bring your original invoice and certification.

Exchange

• Jewellery may be exchanged in accordance with the terms explained at purchase.
• Exchanges are assessed on purity, weight, and condition.
• Original invoice and hallmark certification are required.

Refunds

As all purchases are made in person at our showrooms, refund terms are discussed and agreed at the time of purchase. We encourage you to ask any question before you buy — we would rather you be certain than hurried.

Custom & Bespoke Pieces

Bespoke commissions are crafted uniquely for you. Terms for custom pieces are agreed individually before work begins.
